FAQ

1. When will my order be shipped?


We ship your order as soon as possible. If you have purchased a personalised item, it will take us a bit longer to make than with an ordinary item. We try to send the articles to you the week of the order. Check your personal tracking link.

2. Is it possible to return an ordered item, and will I receive my money back?


There is a 14-day right of withdrawal. You will receive your money back when you return your article within these 14 days and fill in the withdrawal paper. For more information about this topic check out our terms and condition page and the return an deliveries page.

It is NOT possible to exchange personalised items.

3. Is it possible to exchange the ordered item?


Yes it is possible. But it is NOT possible for personalised items. When you want to exchange your item make sure you do it in the 14 days of withdrawal. After these 14 days it is too late to exchange your item. For more information about how to return your item, check out our return and deliveries page. Don’t forget to send us an email on info@tresor-mail.com with all the information: your invoice, the item you want to exchange, the article for which you want to exchange your article.

5. Can I only buy online, or is there also a physical store?


We only have an online store. This is the only place where you find the entire collection. But we have a lot of retailers who sell our products. You can find the retailers close to you at our store locator.

7. Can I buy safely online at Tresor jewelery?


Yes, you can! We work with Mollie for all our transactions. Mollie specialises in safe payments. You can check www.mollie.com yourself here. 

8. What if my jewel does not fit?


You have 14 days to return a product that’s the wrong size for you. But you need to notify us first. For more information about returns check our deliveries & return page.

You have two options when you bought the wrong size. 1. You return the item and ask us to send the same item in the right size.  But keep in mind that you have to pay the shipping costs and return costs yourself. Or option 2. You return the item and ask for a refund.
